February 19, 2015 Between this meeting and the next silence did not prevail between the employer and Franz. There was a lively email exchange on work topics. The website and the Franz’ work were not included.

January 14, 2016 During this two-month period, 103 e-mails found their way from the employer to Franz and back.

March 10, 2016 In these three months until the next meeting, there were 184 e-mails.

June 10, 2016 From this date to the termination nine months later, 428 e-mails were sent back and forth between the employer and Franz.

Smear campaign

In an ordinary business, direct contact with the employee whose performance or product is dissatisfying would have been established after the initial expression of disapproval of the management team. Firstly, out of respect for the person and secondly, to improve the product.

Although the "Coaching, Advice & Conflict Resolution" chairperson is in charge, nothing happened that could be interpreted as an interest in conflict resolution. This suggests that it was less about factual problems than a smear campaign.
